Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking.

Face-to-Face Masterclasses

All bookings for Online Empowerment Academy masterclasses are non-refundable. By completing your booking you are agreeing to these terms in full.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend on your booked dates, you are welcome to contact us to discuss the possibility of transferring your place to a future event. Any such transfer is entirely at our discretion, is not guaranteed, and is subject to availability. We are unable to offer a transfer within 14 days of the event start date.

If you wish to discuss a transfer, please contact us as early as possible at applications@onlineempowermentacademy.com. Transfers are a goodwill gesture only and do not form part of your original booking contract.

Online Empowerment Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event in exceptional circumstances. In the unlikely event that we cancel an event, you will be offered a transfer to an alternative date. Refunds will only be issued if no suitable alternative date is available.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
